The tendency for men as a whole to avoid going to the doctor is well documented -- and men are more likely to get serious health problems as a result. Outreach to men encourages them to get services they truly need, while also increasing your practice's office visits. It is positive all around. 
 
A 2019 study by the Cleveland Clinic found that "82 percent of men try to stay healthy to live longer for friends and family who rely on them."  The card taps into that motivation with a heartwarming image of a father taking care of his two kids -- people he would do anything for, even go to the doctor.
