Our products are customized and personalized with each business's name, so they cannot be restocked or resold. For that reason:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any products.

Refund eligibility (limited)

A refund will only be issued if Joyful Julius Media, LLC determines that we are unable to produce or deliver the product you ordered.  Refunds will typically not be issued for shipping carrier delivery delays.
